CONTEXT


Many companies require project management skills to run their strategic plan, marketing plan, customer delivery, (....). 

However, some companies fail in delivering projects : lack of available ressource, lack of skills, lack of sponsorship, ... 

In some contexts, an external project manager is required to overtake some internal contraints ('politics') and consequences of the project.

Depending on the complexity of the project and existing internal project management tools & processus, we use customized project management toolkit based on standard project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE II).
