The company
Biloba-Consulting has been created in 2007 by Bruno Durand.
The name of our company comes from the tree "Gingko Biloba" due to the nice reputation of that famous tree ( its leaf is on the logo of the company here above) :
- It is the oldest tree which has survived to climate changes of the world: strong resistance and adaption to the environment.
- Its nickname : the tree of 1000 (or 40) 'ecus' due to the golden colour of its leafs in autumn.
- It has some medicinal capabilities to treat deseases linked to the old age (loss of memory, improvement of blood circulation ...)
Biloba-Consulting is based on a network model of experts to ensure flexibility (competency & availability) requested by the customers.
Bruno Durand has more than 23 years of experience in telecom industry.
Before creating Biloba-consulting, he contributed to the development of Mobistar (mobile operator in Belgium) where he took different management responsabilities in business development, network development and network operations from the start-up phase. Before that, he has been involved in the development of Global-One (Voice & Data integrator for multinational companies) as presales & sales technical support engineer and manager.
He started his carrer in Satellite Communication as R&D Engineer for military systems.
Bruno Durand has a Master Degree of Telecom (INSA-France) completed with an Executive MBA from HEC (France).
