What ever the context of the enterprise, we propose to help CEO, management teams to change their organisation. A right methodology is proposed to accompany such change all along the process from the analysis to the end of implementation. 

New governance, new roles, new indicators, new process (…) are defined to help individuals and the whole enterprise to work more efficiently. In some cases, the outsourcing of activities or new business models require the build-up of partnerships.

Aside, a communication plan, coaching of individuals, discussion with trade unions, analysis of legal obligations are managed to ensure the success of implementation.


METHODOLOGY

From the initiation of the mission to its implementation, a step approach is followed to allow people (from management to employees) to understand, accept and implement the changes. 

Change management principles are applied all along such mission to manage the impact on people and business and create the new organisations.

Depending on the impact, for the implementation step, a project management methodoly can be put in place to ensure a right coordination of activities.
